Pre-sales service :

Our professional sales team study customer’s requirements and provide sufficient information to help customer analyze the practicality. We answer questions about product which customer is interested with. And also we design and provide complete solution based on customer’s requirement.

During sales service :

Our sales team and technicians will provide detailed information about parameters, functional setting, installation instructions, system operation and equipment maintenance of the products. Make sure customer fully understands the product features, function and operation.

After sales service :
 Provide training to customer about:
1) LED display: Transportation, assembling and wiring of the LED display. Ensure customer is able to install the LED display in local site.
2) Software: Installation and system-set-up of the software. Ensure customer is familiar with user-interface and daily operation.
3) Maintenance: Check the situation of LED display with software. Regular maintenance about hardware. Remove and replace failed LED module and power supply.
4) Repairing: Send the failed part to us for repairing.
Warranty: 1~3 years after delivery
